What you'll do
- Turn customer needs into journeys, then shape those journeys into clear, intuitive interface designs
- Work with the Product Manager or Creative Director to research, design and prototype new experiences
- Build user scenarios, wireframes, prototypes and screen mockups to show how flows should work
- Prepare visual assets and design guidance for developers implementing the work
- Walk peers and executives through your designs and explain the decisions behind them

- You can write effectively in English and understand how color and typography shape a design
- You have access to a Mac with Figma, or prefer using Figma as your design tool
- You can analyze user journeys and work with design systems and symbol libraries

About the Role
As a designer, your primary focus will be transforming customer needs into user journeys and creating visually appealing and intuitive interfaces. Your design skills will play a pivotal role in turning ideas into tangible products that our development team will bring to life.
What You’ll Be Doing
Translate customer needs into user journeys and design beautiful and intuitive interfaces.
Collaborate with the Product Manager and/or Creative Director to conduct research, design, and prototype new user experiences.
Develop user cases, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for screens and flows.
Create visual assets and document design guidelines for implementation.
Present and effectively communicate designs and deliverables to peers and executives.

Proficient copywriting skills in English.
Strong understanding of color theory and typography.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Dedication, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor.
