What you'll do
- Keep applications running well, investigate system faults and technical problems, and work through fixes
- Coordinate with developers to put application corrections and improvements into use
- Write down application procedures, then show users how features work and help them use them
- Take part in testing and releasing new applications or updates while following data security rules
What you bring
- A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science or another listed field, or a master's in software engineering
- Proficient English at C2 level is required
- You bring familiarity with Agile methodology and collaboration tools

Job Description
• Monitor and maintain the performance of applications;
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or system errors;
• Collaborate with developers to implement fixes and enhancements;
• Document processes and procedures for future reference;
• Provide training and support to end-users on application functionality;
• Participate in the testing and deployment of new applications or updates;
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.
