What you'll do
- Turn HR and business needs into Oracle HCM Cloud configurations, then keep those solutions working
- Take part in HCM rollouts and improvements, producing process maps, functional documents and solution designs
- Help run SIT and UAT, investigate system problems and recommend fixes
- Assist with data transfers, integrations, ongoing system upkeep and post-launch user support
What you bring
- You have substantial hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud environments
- You bring experience with at least one HCM Cloud module, such as Core HR, Talent Management or Payroll
- You hold a degree in IT, business administration, HR or a related area
- You can work professionally in English and understand HR processes and HR information systems

We are continuously looking for talented Oracle Cloud HCM Expert* to join our talent pool and support future projects with our clients. This is a generic and ongoing opportunity aimed at identifying professionals.
Priority will be given to candidates based in Luxembourg, but remote applications from European Union countries are also welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
- Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to support business processes.
- Participate in implementation, enhancement, and optimisation projects.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and solution designs.
- Support testing activities, including SIT and UAT.
- Investigate issues, perform troubleshooting, and propose solutions.
- Support data migration, integrations, and system maintenance activities.
- Provide user support, knowledge transfer, and post go-live assistance.
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (mandatory).
- Experience with one or several Oracle HCM Cloud modules, such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, Learning, Recruiting, or similar.
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Security.
- Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Extracts.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.
- Understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and system integrations.
- Knowledge of Fast Formulas is considered an asset.
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM is a nice to have.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud environments.
- Good understanding of HR processes and HR information systems.
- Experience in implementation, support, or transformation projects is an advantage.
- Professional proficiency in English.
