  • You have shipped polished, user-facing interfaces at scale
  • You can reason about systems and discuss data models, APIs and architecture trade-offs with engineers

Who this fits

This role suits a senior or staff-level product manager who enjoys technical product work, improving user journeys and working closely with engineering and design. It is remote in the Netherlands.

From the employer

At Duna, we see the company as the second product we're building and are continually working to create a transparent, ambitious culture. We want this to be the place where you do your best work.

Our mission is to redefine identity for the global economy. We're backed by world-class investors including CapitalG and Index Ventures, as well as founders and executives from companies like Stripe, Adyen, Notion, Remote, Qonto, Framer, Anthropic, Mollie, OpenAI and Goldman Sachs.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap and execution for your product engineering team (Connect), responsible for Duna’s Onboard and Lifecycle products

  • Contribute to Duna’s product strategy, alongside our founders and Duna’s first PM

  • Set and execute on conversion outcomes for the onboarding funnels of Duna’s customers

  • Shape how customers integrate with Duna for their user onboarding and updates, from API-first, to embedded components, all the way to a fully Duna-hosted onboarding experience

  • Work day to day with engineering and design to turn customer feedback into frictionless product experiences for them and their users

  • Set the bar for onboarding quality across every Duna customer and configuration, as you build and improve interfaces used by thousands of businesses every month

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Senior or staff-level product experience with complex, technical products. Experience with B2B platforms, APIs or developer-facing tools is a plus but not required.

  • You can break down complex user journeys, and read their performance. You have used those insights to improve conversion on funnels you owned.

  • You care about craft, and have shipped user-facing interfaces at scale. You notice the importance of details to build a surprisingly great product.

  • You can reason about systems, understand and shape new primitives required to build products which are both scalable and flexible.

  • You're comfortable going deep with engineers on data models, APIs and architecture trade-offs.

  • You prototype, test ideas quickly and use AI in your own work where relevant to give you and your team leverage.

  • You are a clear communicator who can articulate strategies, reasoning and decisions for others.

Experience in KYC or compliance is not required. We care more about how you think about platforms, data and user journeys.
