What you'll do
- Build sales opportunities across Hanoi and northern Vietnam in automotive, electronics, medical devices and other manufacturing sectors
- Find prospective customers, present Branson products and pursue opportunities to meet your assigned sales goals
- Learn what customers need, prepare quotations and follow projects through to orders
- Install machines, troubleshoot issues, carry out preventive maintenance and demonstrate products
- Coordinate customer support with sales, application and service teams in Thailand and Vietnam, while sharing forecasts and activity reports
What you bring
- A diploma, degree or equivalent qualification in electronics, mechanical or electrical engineering
- Related sales experience in automotive, electronics or ultrasonic welding, preferably for three to five years
- Strong communication and coordination, with initiative and the ability to solve problems
Who this fits
This role suits someone who combines technical customer support with sales development and relationship management. You will be based in the Ho Chi Minh City office and must be willing to travel within Vietnam and internationally.

Principal Responsibilities
1. Develop new business opportunities in Hanoi and Northern Vietnam, focusing on automotive, electronics, medical devices, and other manufacturing industries.
2. Achieve assigned sales targets by identifying new customers, promoting Branson products, and developing sales opportunities.
3. Maintain good customer relationships, understand customer needs, prepare quotations, and follow up on projects to secure orders.
4. Provide technical and after-sales service support, including machine installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and product demonstrations.
5. Coordinate with Sales, Application, and Service teams in Thailand and Vietnam to support customers, improve customer satisfaction, and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.
- Prerequisites
- Candidate should possess a Diploma, Degree or equivalent in Electronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Preferably 3-5 years) of related sales working experience in the field of automotive, electronics or ultrasonic welding industry.
- Problem-solving, Initiative, possess excellent communication & coordination skills.
This position will be based in our office in Ho Chi Minh City and candidate must be willing to travel in Vietnam and internationally.
