Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Delivery Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM solutions for enterprise clients. This role serves as the strategic and technical leader responsible for delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM transformations, guiding clients through solution design, business process improvement, system implementation, integration, and post-go-live support.

The ideal candidate combines deep Oracle PPM functional expertise with strong consulting, solution architecture, and client leadership experience. This individual will lead complex Oracle Cloud engagements, provide thought leadership, mentor consulting teams, and help clients maximize the value of their Oracle Cloud investments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple Oracle Cloud PPM implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery across scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
Serve as the lead architect for Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM solution design and implementation.
Facilitate executive-level requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and business process transformation initiatives.
Design scalable solutions across Oracle Fusion PPM modules, including:
- Project Costing
- Project Billing
- Project Contracts
- Project Execution Management
- Resource Management
- Grants Management
- Project Performance Reporting
Provide strategic guidance on project accounting, capitalization, cost allocation, revenue recognition, billing, and portfolio governance.
Lead fit-gap analysis, conference room pilots (CRPs), testing activities, and deployment planning.
Architect integrations between Oracle PPM and related Oracle Cloud applications, including ERP, SCM, HCM, Primavera, and third-party systems.
Define technical and functional solution architectures, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), web services, and PaaS extensions.
Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Mentor consultants and solution teams while promoting Oracle Cloud best practices and delivery excellence.
Support pre-sales, solution estimation, proposal development, and business development efforts.
Identify opportunities to improve client business processes and optimize Oracle Cloud capabilities.

Required Qualifications

Experience

10+ years of Oracle consulting experience.
5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementation and solution architecture experience.
Experience leading at least five full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
Proven success leading enterprise-wide Oracle Cloud transformations.
Strong consulting experience gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, designing future-state processes, and leading client workshops.
Experience managing global teams and complex multi-workstream projects.
