What you'll do
- Welcome visitors, take calls and coordinate the calendar for wine tours
- Lead French- and English-language tastings and tours, then follow up with customers
- Help shape tour and tasting options, sell estate wines and other products, and support events
- Make video and photo content, produce promotional visuals and run Facebook and Instagram
- Keep the terrace and wine bar active for visitors
What you bring
- You speak English well, which is required for the role
- You are creative, organized, able to prioritize and comfortable working independently
- You hold a Bac+3 qualification and will need admission to ESG Luxe Bordeaux’s fourth-year luxury wine and spirits marketing program

La mission chez notre partenaire
- Animation terrasse/wine bar
- Accueil des visiteurs, accueil téléphonique, gestion agenda des visites
- Suivi client
- Dégustations et visites commentées des vins (français et anglais)
- Création ou/et évolution options visites et dégustations
- Ventes des vins de la propriété et autres articles
- Aide à la mise en place d’événements (concerts, pièce de théâtre, séminaires,)
- Création contenus (montage vidéo, organisation shooting photo)
- Création Visuels (plaquettes, documents,)
- Animation réseaux sociaux (facebook et instagram)
Le profil
Les qualifications requises pour ce poste d'alternant(e) sont les suivantes :
- Vous parlez un bon anglais (impératif)
- Vous aimez partager votre passion pour le vin
- Vous êtes créatif
- Vous avez des bonnes capacités d'organisation, d’anticipation et de gestion des priorités
- Vous êtes volontaire et dynamique
- Vous êtes autonome
- Vous avez votre permis de conduire
