What you'll do
- Help coordinate sports events and prepare activities designed to engage and promote
- Create event communications across social channels and print or digital materials before, during and after each event
- Produce posts, visuals and videos, while handling the practical logistics for events
- Coordinate with partners, clubs and service providers, then track event communications and participant feedback
- Review sports communication and event trends to inform your work
What you bring
- You are completing the third year of a Bachelor’s degree in sports communication and event management
- You can use social media and digital communication tools, and create engaging content
- You communicate clearly in writing and speech and can use Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- You have some grounding in event planning and can coordinate work with a team

ESG Sport Toulouse, école spécialisée en management et communication du sport, recherche pour son entreprise collaboratrice, dans le domaine de la communication et de l’événementiel sportif, un.e Chargé(e) de Communication & Événementiel Sport en contrat d’alternance.
Missions :
Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Communication & Événementiel Sportif, vous serez chargé(e) de :
Participer à l’organisation et à la coordination d’événements sportifs
Contribuer à la préparation des animations sportives et promotionnelles
Assurer la communication avant, pendant et après les événements
Réseaux sociaux
Supports print et digitaux
Participer à la création de contenus (posts, visuels, vidéos)
Gérer la logistique opérationnelle des événements
Participer aux relations avec les partenaires, clubs et prestataires
Contribuer au suivi des actions de communication événementielle
Analyser la fréquentation et la satisfaction des participants
Participer à la veille sur les tendances de la communication et de l’événementiel sportif
Profil :
Nous recherchons un profil titulaire d'un Bac+3 (Bachelor) dans le domaine du Bachelor Communication & Événementiel du Sport – année 3.
Compétences :
Maîtrise des réseaux sociaux et des outils de communication digitale
Bonne expression orale et écrite
Maîtrise du Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Notions en organisation d’événements
Capacité à créer des contenus attractifs
Sens de la coordination et du travail en équipe
