What you'll do
- Keep Azure infrastructure available, secure and responsive across cloud and on-premise environments
- Administer virtual networks, virtual machines, access policies, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID and IIS
- Automate operational work with PowerShell or Python, and monitor systems using Datadog and other platforms
- Investigate production incidents, identify root causes and support web servers and critical applications
- Join support rotations, coordinate with global operations teams and maintain procedures and knowledge articles
What you bring
- You have worked in infrastructure operations, systems administration, cloud operations or a similar role
- You have hands-on Azure experience with virtual networks, virtual machines and Conditional Access Policies
- You bring strong Windows Server skills, including Active Directory, Entra ID and IIS
- You can script with PowerShell or Python and have experience monitoring infrastructure or applications
- You communicate in advanced English and have worked with rotational support and distributed teams

About The Opportunity
Netrix Global is looking for a Windows System Administrator to join our Managed Services – Site Operations team.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Managing and maintaining Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and security
- Administering and supporting Virtual Networks, Virtual Machines, and Conditional Access Policies across enterprise environments
- Managing Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and IIS administration
- Developing and automating operational tasks using PowerShell and Python scripting
- Monitoring applications, infrastructure, and services using Datadog and other enterprise monitoring platform
- Troubleshooting production incidents and performing root cause analysis across cloud and on-premise environments
- Collaborating with global operations teams to maintain and improve service reliability and operational excellence
- Managing web servers and supporting critical business applications across multiple environments
- Participating in operational support rotations and providing coverage for infrastructure monitoring activities
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles
What You Will Bring To The Table
- Experience working in Infrastructure Operations, Systems Administration, Cloud Operations, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Virtual Networks (VNets), Virtual Machines, and Conditional Access Policies
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, and IIS
- Experience developing automation scripts using PowerShell and/or Python
- Experience with infrastructure and application monitoring tools, ideally Datadog
- Experience managing and troubleshooting web server environments
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in rotational support environments and collaborating with globally distributed teams
- Nice to have: experience supporting Java microservices environments, including WildFly application servers
