About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, AI Enablement – Brand and Communications to help scale AI-native ways of working across Global Communications and Brand. In this role, you will build practical frameworks, workflows, skills, and automations that empower teams to create high-quality, on-brand work more efficiently while driving measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Put an AI-native operating system into practice for Global Communications and Brand, to create powerful workflows, content, and configuration across the team
• Design, build, maintain, and evolve AI-native workflows, including skills, GPTs, and automations that help teams plan, produce, measure, optimize, and scale work with AI as a foundational capability
• Curate and continuously refine the operating system’s content and standards
• Measure and track adoption, time saved, and output quality, and communicate impact to stakeholders
• Package, test, and share skills, templates, and workflows with global teams to enable consistent, on-brand asset creation at scale
• Champion AI fluency and adoption by setting up the guidelines, forums, workstreams, and training that move teams from experimentation to consistent AI-native practice
• Work closely with Global Communications and Brand colleagues so the system reflects real workflows and real insight
• Keep scanning the AI landscape and turn new tools, models, and techniques into practical workflows for the team

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, communications, or marketing operations, ideally in B2B tech or legal tech
• Hands-on experience with the major LLMs (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and, ideally, a track record of building skills, GPTs, and AI-native workflows
• Strong facilitation and teaching skills, with the ability to turn a technical framework into usable practice for a non-technical marketing team
• A strategic thinker who is also a hands-on builder
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving adoption of new ways of working
• Deep curiosity about AI and marketing transformation

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

Base Pay Range for CO is $115,400 - $192,300. Base Pay Range for IL is $121,200 - $201,900. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $126,900 - $211,500. Base Pay Range for MD is $121,200 - $201,900. Base Pay Range for NY is $126,900 - $211,500. Base Pay Range for New York City is $138,400 - $230,700. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $115,400 - $192,300. Base Pay Range for OH is $109,500 - $182,700. Base Pay Range for NJ is $136,213- $217,587.


This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
