We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner Support Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives within a Project Procurement Department (PPD).
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into clear requirements, prioritised backlogs and successful digital solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Support product backlog management, refinement and prioritisation.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum teams, developers, IT and data management teams.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping activities.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking and release readiness.
- Monitor sprint progress, dependencies, risks and delivery priorities.
- Support digital transformation, change management and system migration initiatives.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
✅ Strong experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership support or digital transformation.
✅ E-procurement or procurement transformation experience.
✅ Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
✅ Expertise in requirements gathering, user stories and acceptance criteria.
✅ Experience in UAT, release management and stakeholder engagement.
✅ Strong analytical, documentation, communication and presentation skills.
✅ Ability to work effectively with business, technology and data teams.
⭐ Nice to Have
- Public sector or institutional procurement experience.
- Data management, governance or compliance-driven digital systems.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar Agile delivery tools.
