From the employer

About the team

The New Construction GTM Enablement team helps Zillow’s builder sales and client experience teams do their best work by equipping sellers with the training, tools, and resources they need to succeed. As we launch new products, our frontline is moving toward multi-product selling. We partner closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to build onboarding experiences, continuous learning programs, and scalable playbooks that drive effectiveness and business impact. This is a collaborative, high-ownership team that values curiosity, clarity, and a shared commitment to helping people grow.

About the role

The Senior Sales Enablement Manager empowers Zillow’s sales teams by designing and delivering enablement programs, training, and resources that drive seller effectiveness and business results. We are hiring for two focus areas: frontline onboarding and tools enablement, and GTM and product launch enablement. Operating with high autonomy, the Senior Specialist partners across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to identify gaps, optimize processes, and enhance the adoption and impact of enablement strategies.

You will get to

  • Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of sales enablement programs—including new hire onboarding, 30/60/90-day milestones, and certifications—to support effective prospecting, pipeline management, and deal execution.
  • Develop and maintain sales training content (live, virtual, and asynchronous), ensuring materials are accurate, scalable, and aligned to product updates and go-to-market priorities.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Analytics to identify seller needs, friction points, and translate insights into enablement strategies and assets that improve productivity and conversion.
  • Analyze enablement program effectiveness using data, feedback, and performance metrics; reinforce sales methodology and recommend enhancements to content, processes, and delivery channels.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on enablement tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Highspot, supporting configuration, usage best practices, and change management to ensure easy access and adoption by sales teams.
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional efforts for major sales initiatives (e.g., new product launches, campaign rollouts, sales kickoffs), ensuring timely, cohesive messaging, talk tracks, and supporting collateral.
  • Mentor and coach less experienced enablement and sales support team members on best practices in content design, training facilitation, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Document and refine standard operating procedures for enablement programs, including governance for content updates, intake and prioritization of requests, and communication plans to the sales organization.
