Role brief

remoteroles summary, based on the employer's posting.

What you'll do

  • Own assigned measurement or optimization use cases, turning client and strategy needs into requirements, stories and acceptance checks
  • Set priorities for your use-case backlog and coordinate engineering and data science work to ship repeatable products
  • Turn data-science methods such as lift, attribution and marketing mix modeling into product workflows and requirements
  • Connect measurement results to audience, spend, targeting and creative changes, including adjustments during campaigns
  • Use client feedback and product usage to improve quality, adoption and time-to-value

What you bring

  • A bachelor's degree and at least five years in product management, solution strategy or analytics, with ownership of a product or deliverable
  • You can convert unclear client or business needs into usable requirements, user stories and a prioritized backlog
  • You understand marketing measurement, optimization, identity resolution, clean rooms and privacy-safe measurement
  • You know Agile delivery, including backlog prioritization and release planning, and have familiarity with major cloud or data platforms

Who this fits

This role suits a product manager who can work across engineering, data science, privacy and client-facing teams on standardized measurement products. It has no direct reports, though you may mentor less experienced colleagues. The role is remote in the United States, with the primary location listed as home-based in Conway, Arkansas. Visa sponsorship is not available.

From the employer

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Product Manager to own product execution for Acxiom’s Measurement & Optimization offering: the connected capability that ties Real ID, clean room technology, and standardized pipelines to closed-loop, privacy-safe measurement (incrementality/lift, multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, conversion APIs, and rules-based attribution) and in-flight optimization across programmatic, social, TV, retail media, and owned channels.

This role translates offering strategy and client needs into buildable requirements, user stories, and a prioritized backlog, then works day-to-day with an engineering and data-science team to deliver repeatable, standardized products rather than bespoke analytics engagements. Adoption, time-to-value, and product quality are key success measures. A background in advertising measurement/analytics, data pipelines, clean rooms, or identity is strongly preferred.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for one or more supported measurement or optimization use cases (e.g., a specific methodology, dashboard, or partner integration)
  • Translates offering vision, methodology, and client/market needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; owns and prioritizes the backlog for assigned use cases
  • Executes product development plans in partnership with Engineering and Data Science to deliver repeatable products (standardized dashboards, common measurement definitions, and delivery playbooks)
  • Supports the measurement methodology portfolio, including Partner Lift/incrementality, multi-touch attribution (MTA), marketing mix modeling (MMM), and rules-based attribution, by translating data-science-defined methodology into product requirements and workflows
  • Shapes workflows that connect measurement outputs to optimization actions (audience, spend, targeting, and creative decisions), including in-flight adjustments
  • Partners with Identity and Clean Room teams to define how assigned use cases consume Real ID and governed clean-room infrastructure as inputs
  • Works with walled gardens, publishers, and retail media partners to define exposure/outcome data requirements, cadence, and granularity for assigned use cases
  • Works closely with Privacy, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure consent-aware, privacy-safe requirements (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA where applicable) are addressed throughout the product lifecycle
  • Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Client Strategy to support launch positioning, proof points, and enablement materials for assigned solutions
  • Monitors product performance and drives continuous improvement based on client feedback, usage data, and operational learnings

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of product management, solution strategy, or analytics experience, including ownership of a product, use case, or measurement/analytics deliverable
  • Experience translating ambiguous business or client needs into clear requirements, user stories, and a prioritized backlog
  • Working knowledge of marketing measurement and optimization concepts, including incrementality/lift, MTA, MMM, CAPI, closed-loop, and rules-based attribution
  • Working knowledge of identity resolution, clean rooms, and privacy-safe measurement across walled garden, open web, publisher, and retail-media ecosystems
  • Practical knowledge of Agile delivery practices, including backlog management, prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE), and release planning
  • Familiarity with major cloud/data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-communication skills, with the ability to convey measurement concepts to both technical and business audiences
  • THIS POSITION IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY TYPE OF SPONSORSHIP

Preferred

  • Experience productizing analytics or professional-services work into repeatable dashboards or managed offerings
  • Practical experience in AdTech/MarTech or data-driven product ecosystems
  • Familiarity with partner/API integration patterns for walled gardens, DSPs, SSPs, or retail media networks (e.g., Meta, Amazon/AMC, Google, The Trade Desk)
  • Exposure to agentic AI or AI-assisted decisioning workflows on governed data
  • Experience defining data pipelines and/or clean room flows to support measurement use-cases
