From the employer
In this role, you’ll serve as the day-to-day product lead responsible for turning strategy and partner opportunities into executable work. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Delivery, Privacy, Security, Legal, and external partners to ensure connector initiatives are prioritized, well-defined, documented, and successfully delivered.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in expanding how Acxiom connects identity and data to the platforms our clients use to plan, activate, and measure marketing.
What You’ll Do

- Manage the connector roadmap and engineering backlog, balancing business priorities, partner opportunities, dependencies, and technical requirements.
- Translate business and partner needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and engineering-ready documentation.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture throughout discovery, design, development, testing, and launch.
- Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to keep initiatives moving and proactively resolve risks and blockers.
- Establish repeatable processes and standards that help Acxiom build, launch, and manage connectors at scale.
- Maintain visibility into delivery status, dependencies, decisions, and upcoming priorities.
- Help shape the evolution of Acxiom’s connector strategy based on client needs, market opportunities, and platform capabilities.
What You’ll Need

- The candidate will be located in the EST/CST timezone.

- Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
- A track record of taking ownership, creating structure in ambiguous environments, and driving work through delivery.
What Will Set You Apart
- Experience with advertising and marketing platforms across audience activation, media planning, and measurement.
- Knowledge of identity, audience data, data onboarding, clean rooms, or data collaboration.
- Experience building integrations with major media, advertising, cloud, or data platforms.
- Familiarity with API-based and cloud-native integration patterns.
- Understanding of privacy, security, and data governance considerations associated with marketing data.
- Experience building scalable partner or connector programs rather than managing individual integrations in isolation.
What Success Looks Like
You’ll bring structure, visibility, and velocity to Acxiom’s connector portfolio—ensuring priorities become well-defined engineering work, integrations move efficiently from concept to launch, and we continue expanding the platforms and capabilities available to our clients.
