From the employer
Who We're Looking For
At Ethena, we’re an AI platform that’s revolutionizing the Compliance space. Our product and engineering teams ship fast—really fast. Build cycles are shrinking, product offerings are expanding, and our roadmap evolves to meet the needs of a changing workplace.
That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Head of Product Marketing to serve as the vital bridge between our Product team and the rest of the world. Reporting directly to our Chief Technology Officer, you will be the chief storyteller, positioning strategist, and launch maestro for everything we build. Our buyers are compliance, HR, and legal leaders. Your job is to turn what we build into a compelling story. You’ll spend time with key buyers every week on demo calls, in customer conversations, and on webinars. Then you’ll bring what you hear straight back to the Product team to help shape what we build next.
This is not a role where you oversee strategy from a distance. You’ll be on calls helping us win deals and building the assets yourself.
What You'll Do
-
Be the product voice in the room on our most strategic deals
-
Show buyers where the platform is going; demo vibecode prototypes to paint a picture of the future
-
Give compliance, HR, and legal leaders clear answers to their toughest questions
-
Keep our product story sharp and buyer-first across every product line
-
Help us operationalize cross-functional efforts to win key deals
-
Bring what you hear on calls back to the Product team to help shape our roadmap
-
Translate upcoming features into plain language for buyers and internal teams
-
Build ad hoc assets (such as decks, one-sheets, prototypes, and Looms) to support key product launches
What you'll bring
-
The ability to tell a clear story, and to field live questions from buyers at the right zoom level
-
Impeccable internal communication skills that align cross functional teams around clear narratives
-
Startup experience at our stage where you wore multiple hats, worked with little structure, and figured things out yourself
-
A track record of taking complex B2B SaaS products to market by anchoring every story in the customer’s pain points
-
Comfort on live calls with senior buyers and a strong working partnership with commercial teams
-
Ability to use AI to increase your output efficiency, while maintaining a high quality bar
-
High agency and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving, high-build environment
-
A sense of humor and real curiosity about how our customers work
