What you'll do
- Sell club memberships, follow up with prospects by phone and negotiate commercial agreements
- Keep CRM records qualified and current, encourage member loyalty, and handle unpaid accounts and cancellations
- Create social media content, manage the website and mobile app, and monitor online reputation
- Support club operations, advise members, and contribute to the club’s development projects

Who this fits

Développement commercial
Vente d’abonnements et négociation commerciale
Relance téléphonique des prospects
Qualification et gestion de la base de données CRM
Actions de fidélisation des adhérents
Gestion des impayés et des résiliations
Communication & marketing digital
Community management
Création de contenus pour les réseaux sociaux
Gestion du site internet et de l’application mobile
