What you'll do
- Find creators for projects, bring them onboard, and keep in touch as their assignments begin
- Check creator results, chase missing requirements, and give feedback or arrange retraining
- Coordinate project workflows and track deliverables so work is accurate and on schedule
- Investigate operational escalations and fraud or risk cases, then take action to resolve them
- Track KPIs in Google Sheets and internal tools, spotting repeat problems and suggesting process fixes
What you bring
- Native-level Spanish and C1 English for written and spoken communication are required
- You can use Google Sheets filters, formulas and pivot tables to handle operational data
- You bring project coordination skills and can prioritize work and execute independently
- You have a computer with at least eight gigabytes of RAM and internet speeds of at least fifty Mbps down and forty Mbps up

What you will do:
- Source, contact and activate creators for projects and missions;
- Monitor creator performance, follow up on missed requirements, and provide feedback or re-training;
- Coordinate projects and workflows, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time;
- Handle operational issues and escalations by investigating and driving them to resolution;
- Collaborate with other agents and cross-functional teams to ensure effective operations;
- Proactively identify and address issues to keep projects and market operations running smoothly;
- Investigate fraud and risk cases, taking appropriate action when needed;
- Track operational performance and KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools;
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process and operational improvements.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Native Spanish and excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal at C1 level) is a must;
- Solution-oriented mindset with solid project management skills;
- Experience handling data in Google Sheets, including knowledge of filters, formulas, pivot tables is a must;
- Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously;
- Proactive approach with strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities;
- Detail-oriented approach;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).

- Previous experience in operations, project coordination, creator/account management or marketplace operations.
