Associate Field Marketing Manager / Manager

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Associate Manager / Manager to join our growing MedTech team. In this role, you will execute regional marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and engagement with existing customers and target accounts. Partnering closely with our Strategy and Account teams, you will ensure seamless territory alignment and make a measurable impact across demand generation, events, communications, and digital marketing in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You'll Do

• Support the development and execution of annual field marketing plans and activities
• Lead a diverse mix of marketing programs, including lead generation, email, social media, advertising, and digital initiatives
• Own logistics and execution for regional events, including trade shows, executive dinners, workshops, and webinars
• Write compelling, value-driven, and customer-led copy that drives engagement and conversion
• Partner with Product Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams to bring field marketing programs to life
• Track and measure program performance, optimizing against objectives and budget
• Maintain database completeness through accurate lead imports and data hygiene

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B enterprise software or high growth SaaS startup marketing experience
• Exceptional communication, written, and organizational skills
• Ability to work and communicate with all levels in the organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PPT), LinkedIn, and marketing automation platforms
• Well organized with high attention to detail
• A growth-oriented team player who maintains a positive, solution-focused attitude

• Experience working with Marketo, Sigma, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Third-party vendor management

Compensation

• Total compensation: 40,000 - 90,000 EUR
• The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
