About the role

The Senior Product Manager, Connections Platform leads complex product strategy and roadmap execution for a platform that serves as the foundation for multiple products across Zillow. • Partner with teams across Zillow to understand their needs and translate them into clear product requirements and technical trade-offs

  • Analyze leads data and leverage AI tools to identify opportunities to improve our platforms and ultimately improve the customer experience

  • Shape the future of agentic connections by building services that enable the next generation of lead nurturing, classification, and customer engagement

  • Mentor less experienced product managers or peers on product discovery, prioritization, and execution best practices
