- You have stable internet with a backup connection and can handle long stretches of calling

About the Role
The position of the Virtual Call Center Agent (Outbound Market Research) consists of conducting telephone research interviews and recording the results in our data collection system. Seek and provide information to help our clients meet with business needs in the multifamily industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research calls and accurately record property information.
- Verify and update details using available research tools.
- Follow scripts, data collection guidelines, and company procedures.
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
- Collaborate with teammates and apply feedback.
Requirements
- Based in the Philippines.
- At least 6 months of call center experience, preferably in outbound calling, market research, or a similar role.
- Clear, conversational English and good reading comprehension.
- Confident, personable, reliable, and open to coaching.
- Basic computer, data entry, and typing skills.
- Own desktop or laptop, noise-canceling headset, and quiet workspace.
- Stable internet with a backup connection; prepaid wireless modem accepted.
- Available Monday–Friday, 11:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m. Philippine Time.
- Comfortable making calls for extended periods.
